Picked in late spring, this is lighter than most black teas, with a slightly floral aroma and a subtle, spicy aftertaste of peppers or tomato leaf.

HOW TO STEEP:
Steep 1 teaspoon of tea in 8oz of 200°F water for 3 minutes, longer if adding milk and/or sweetener.
